Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026. How DAELUXE RE / Keller Williams Realty Urban Elite handles the information you share with us.

1. Who we are

DAELUXE RE / Keller Williams Realty Urban Elite ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. By using this site you agree to it. You must be at least eighteen years old to use this site.

2. What we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you:

• Submit a contact form or the Work With Daeluxe questionnaire
• Request a home valuation or a showing
• Save a search or create an account in our property search

That typically means your name, email address, phone number, property address, and whatever else you choose to tell us. We also collect limited technical information automatically — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, and device type — to keep the site working and understand what visitors find useful.

3. How we use it

• To respond to you and provide real estate services
• To send listings, saved-search alerts, and market updates
• To improve the site and our marketing
• To meet legal, regulatory, and MLS obligations

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site and our business — our CRM, email delivery, the MLS/IDX platform that powers property search, and analytics — and only so they can perform that work for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell phone numbers.

5. Calls, texts, and email

If you check the consent box on a form, you are agreeing to be contacted at the number and address you provided, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

SMS Terms and Conditions

• We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
• You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Just text "STOP." After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further SMS messages from us unless you sign up again.
• If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply "HELP" for more assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
• If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: https://daeluxere.com/privacy-policy

6. Cookies

This site and the embedded property search use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your saved searches, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the search may stop working if you do.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data. Email [email protected] or call (720) 916-8926 and we will handle it.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
