• Submit a contact form or the Work With Daeluxe questionnaire
• Request a home valuation or a showing
• Save a search or create an account in our property search

That typically means your name, email address, phone number, property address, and whatever else you choose to tell us. We also collect limited technical information automatically — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, and device type — to keep the site working and understand what visitors find useful.

3. How we use it

• To respond to you and provide real estate services
• To send listings, saved-search alerts, and market updates
• To improve the site and our marketing
• To meet legal, regulatory, and MLS obligations

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site and our business — our CRM, email delivery, the MLS/IDX platform that powers property search, and analytics — and only so they can perform that work for us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

5. Calls, texts, and email

If you check the consent box on a form, you are agreeing to be contacted at the number and address you provided, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

This site and the embedded property search use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your saved searches, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the search may stop working if you do.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data.
