Accessibility Statement

DaeLuxe is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to people with disabilities.

Our commitment

We are constantly working to make this website as accessible as possible and to ensure it meets the requirements of applicable laws and standards. If you have an accessibility concern, we want to hear about it and fix it.

What web accessibility means

Web accessibility means enabling people with disabilities to perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with the web, so they have equal access to information and functionality.

Adjustments on this site

We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means:

  • Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate
  • Alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images hidden
  • Keyboard access to every interactive control, with visible focus
  • Color contrast checked against WCAG AA
  • Motion reduced automatically when your system requests it
  • Labels on every form field, and errors announced in text

Third-party content

Parts of this site embed third-party services — most notably the MLS property search — whose accessibility we do not fully control. We declare partial compliance for those areas and raise issues with the providers as we find them. If something in the property search blocks you, contact us and we will get you the information directly.

Requests, issues, and suggestions

If you run into an accessibility problem here, or need information in another format, email dae@daeluxere.com or call (720) 916-8926. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will respond and work to resolve it.
